Getting started: account, free trial, first business and Google review link

Create your account, start the 14-day free trial without a card, add your first business and connect your Google review link.

Create your account and start the trial

  1. Go to denadvisor.com/register. Enter your Full Name, Email Address and a Password (at least 8 characters), accept the terms and click Create Account.
  2. Open the email from DenAdvisor and click the verification link, then come back and sign in.
  3. After you sign in, setup starts at Choose Plan. Pick a plan and choose Monthly or Annual billing.
  4. Click Start 14-day free trial — no card needed. No credit card is needed. (To pay now instead, click Subscribe to [plan] now and enter your card. Have a promo code? Click Have a promo code? first.)

Add your first business

  1. On the Business step, enter the Business name, the Business email, the Business type and your address, then click Save business. Click Next: set up your punch card to carry on (or + Add another business if your plan has room for more).
  2. If DenAdvisor gave you a claim code for an existing listing, enter it in the claim box (for example A7BK3X), click Look Up → and then Claim Business & Continue.
  3. On the Punch card step you can set up your punch card, paste Your Google review link (see Find and connect your Google review link), choose Tell me straight away when a rating is below, and add an optional Thank-you reward. Click Save & next — or Skip for now.
  4. Invite team members on the Team step or skip it. On the Try it step, scan your QR code with your phone and leave a test review, then click Finish setup and Go to Dashboard →.

Connect or change your Google review link

Get your review link from your Google Business Profile (Google calls it a link to “request reviews”). Then add it in DenAdvisor:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and choose Businesses & Locations.
  2. Click your business to open it, then open the ⭐ Review Platforms tab.
  3. Paste your link into the Google row and make sure its checkbox is ticked. Use + Add Review Platform to add Yelp, Facebook or another site.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Every customer who scans your code is shown these review links, whatever rating they give. Branches can have their own Google link: open 📍 Branches, click + Add Branch and fill in Google Review URL (this branch).
